That's...Johan Santana is 9-6, with a 3.34 ERA. That's very good for a Number 2 starter. In fact, it's not particularly bad for an ace, not even in the National League where pitchers bat. (Or get walked... hee hee hee hee... )<br /><br />But for "the best pitcher in baseball"? For the man who was supposed to make the difference between the Mets missing the Playoffs completely and winning the whole thing? It's an underachievement.<br /><br />Underachievement.
