Remembering Thurman Munson: Book excerpt from 'Munson'
It was 30 years ago today that we lost Thurman Munson. Last month, we ran an excerpt from "Munson," Marty Appel's great book on the ballplayer. In case you haven't gotten to read the excerpt, here's the link to it.
I just got the book and plan on starting to read it real soon. I hope. I am Lazy, I ordered Bobby Murcer's book 2 days before he passed and I am only about 255 through it.
